SMS privacy policy

This policy covers the mobile number and text-message consent you give SignageBridge Allstars, the fan program of GameView SignageBridge run by Automation Connection (dba GameView). The SMS Terms explain what we send and how to stop.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. That includes the venues you follow and any business whose deal we include: they never receive your mobile number, and they never text you.
What we collect
- Your mobile number, when you give it on our web form or text us to join.
- Your consent record: how and when you opted in (web form or text keyword) and your agreement to the SMS Terms, with the time and the IP address for web sign-ups.
- Message records: the texts we send and receive with you, and their delivery status.
- The rest of your Allstars details (name, email, nickname, teams, venues you follow and visit) are used to run Allstars and are covered by the GameView Privacy Policy.
How we use it
Only to send the SignageBridge Allstars texts you asked for (game-day deals, up to 4 a week), to honour STOP and HELP, and to keep proof of your consent.
Who it's shared with
- Nobody, for marketing. We don't sell, rent or trade mobile numbers or opt-in data.
- Venues and advertisers never receive your mobile number or your text consent. Venues you join may see your name, email, Allstars nickname, teams and visits, never your mobile number.
- Our text-message provider (Twilio Inc.) receives your number only to deliver our messages.
- We may disclose information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While you're subscribed. Reply STOP and we stop texting you immediately; we keep the opt-out and the consent record as proof. To have your number deleted, email support@signagebridge.com. Message records are kept for up to 180 days, then deleted.
